Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Trauma Drama. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Window:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at help@mytraumadrama.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, including all accessories and documentation that were provided with the product.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team, including the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee will be applied to all returns, calculated as a percentage of the return. The exact percentage will be specified at the time of return initiation and deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
