I grew to make my own friends in different ways but this game is a bit of a shortcut to skip the small talk. -
My grandmother taught me the 5 simple questions to ask to hold a conversation. This was pivotal when I came of age. That I still use today.

The first step of growing is self awareness. Journaling, therapy, and talking with friends are all ways to reflect.
Only then can we begin acceptance. -
The great thing about talking with friends is our friends can talk back, unlike a journal.

This was often the question I would ask my friends. Sometimes just a shoulder to cry on is necessary, other times its a coach that tells you to take the first actionable step.
